🎓 Admission Procedure

At Pannai Mariveni Global School, we believe that education is every child’s right and that every learner deserves an environment that nurtures excellence, discipline, and creativity. Our admission process is designed to be transparent, inclusive, and merit-based.

The medium of instruction is English, and the academic year runs from April to March. Admissions are open for Pre-KG to Grade XII, subject to availability of seats and fulfillment of eligibility norms.

🔹 Steps in the Admission Process

  1. Enquiry & Registration
    • Parents/guardians can obtain the application form from the school office or download it from the official website.
    • The filled form must be submitted with accurate student details and preliminary documents.
  2. Interaction / Assessment
    • For Kindergarten and Primary levels, a friendly interaction session is conducted with the child and parents to assess readiness for school learning.
    • For Grades VI to XII, an entrance test and interview are conducted to evaluate academic level, communication skills, and adaptability.
  3. Confirmation of Admission
    • Admission is confirmed after successful assessment, approval from the Principal, and payment of the prescribed fees.
    • The admission remains provisional until verification of all certificates and documents is completed.
  4. Orientation Programme
    • New students and parents are invited to attend an orientation session before the academic year begins.
    • The session familiarizes them with the school’s curriculum, discipline policy, timetable, and values.

👶 Eligibility Criteria (Age Requirements)

To ensure readiness and developmental suitability, the following age criteria are applicable for admission (as on 31st July of the academic year):

  • Students from recognized CBSE, ICSE, or State Board schools must submit their Transfer Certificate (T.C.) and previous report card.
  • Students from unrecognized or unregistered institutions will not be admitted.
  • Age criteria are strictly enforced for intellectual and emotional readiness.

📄 Documents Required for Admission

Parents are requested to submit the following documents at the time of admission. Admission will be confirmed only after verification of originals.

  1. Original and Xerox copy of the Birth Certificate.
  2. Transfer Certificate (T.C.) from the last attended school (for Grade I and above).
  3. Aadhar Card – Original and photocopy.
  4. Community Certificate (if applicable).
  5. Two passport-size color photographs of the student.
  6. Medical fitness certificate (if requested).
  7. Report card / Progress report of the previous class (for higher grades).
  8. Parent’s Aadhar copy for communication and verification.
Note: All documents must be authentic and verifiable. Any discrepancy or falsification may result in immediate cancellation of admission.

📘 Withdrawal Policy (Transfer Certificate Rules)

Withdrawal or transfer of students from the school must follow a formal procedure to maintain academic and administrative records properly.
