📅 Attendance & Leave Rules

Students must maintain regular attendance and be present for the entire school day. Attendance is a key part of discipline and academic progress.

Guidelines:

• Half-day leaves will not be granted except under unavoidable circumstances.
• Attendance is compulsory on reopening days after holidays and on the last working day before vacations.
• Absence due to illness for more than three days must be supported by a medical certificate.
• Three instances of late arrival will invite disciplinary action or penalty.
• No retest or re-exam will be conducted for students absent without a valid reason.
• Parents must submit written leave applications in advance for planned absences.
• Students are not permitted to leave the school campus during school hours without written permission from the Principal.

Regular and punctual attendance helps students develop consistency, discipline, and responsibility.
